Ingredients:
2 passion fruits
2 cups quick oats
1 cup low-fat milk (optional for a more creamy oatmeal)
1 cup apple juice
1 tsp honey
1 green apple, cut into small cubes
Directions:
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and liquid. Drain the juice into a small bowl using cheesecloth or a strainer.
Combine passion fruit juice, oats, milk, and apple juice in a mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Stir in honey. Heat covered in a microwave for 3 1/2 minutes at 80% power.
Just before serving, fold in apple pieces.
