How to eat healthy
Every year we resolve to eat healthy. If it’s become an annual puzzle, here’s a couple of pieces (bits of info) to help you solve it.
Start enjoying papayas. Papayas are a terrific source of vitamin C, folate, potassium and the digestive enzyme papain that helps you digest food, that’s a good thing.
That’s all great, but it’s the lycopene and beta-cryptoxanthin that set papayas apart from other fruits.
