Seviche with an added Jamaican flair. If you like sushi, you'll like this no-cook version of everyone's favorite seafood dish. It's easy and quick to make. The acid in the juices "cooks" the fish letting.
1 Uniq Fruit, sectioned and cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 pound Mahi-Mahi or other sushi quality fish, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 SlimCado avocado, peeled and diced
1 hot pepper, seeded and minced
1/3 cup red onion cut into long slices
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Uniq Fruit juice (one Uniq Fruit should do it)
1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons hot sauce
In a large bowl combine ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
