Passionately papaya yogurt

An extra minute fixing breakfast delivers some fantastic tropical tastes. Solos make the perfect yogurt dish with passionfruit living up to its name in delivering an exotic taste.


1 Solo papaya, cut in half and seeds discarded
1 passionfruit
1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
2 tbs walnuts, chopped
2 tbs fresh coconut shavings, for how-tos on opening coconuts...

Yield: 2 servings

Protein per serving approximately 9.05 grams.


1. Scoop out the flesh from the Solo halves. Chop into small pieces. Add pieces to a medium bowl. Put aside the skins to use to serve the yogurt.
2. Cut the passionfruit in half, scoop out the insides and put into the medium bowl.
3. Add the yogurt and walnuts to the bowl. Gently toss to combine.
4. Scoop the mixture into the reserved Solo papaya halves. Drizzle with honey.
