SOLO PAPAYA WITH EASY-GLAZE RASPBERRIES

Solo papaya with easy-glaze raspberries

Microwave-fast glaze is a quick way to sweeten up breakfast fruit. Use that cereal spoon for better, and naturally more nutritious, uses.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tsp blueberry jelly
1/2 cup raspberries
1 Solo papaya

Yield: 2 servings
Prep time: 3 minutes

How to chop Solo papaya

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a microwavable bowl, place the jelly and microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Cut the Solo papaya in half; discard the seeds.
3. Divide the raspberries between Solo halves.
4. Pour or use a pastry brush to top the raspberries with glaze.
