THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT GUACAMOLE

The Devil Made Me Do It Guacamole

Tomatillos look like green tomatoes. Their spicy taste gives them away. Taste the guacamole before adding the chipotle sauce. You may find the dip doesn't need any more heat.

INGREDIENTS:

1 SlimCado® avocado
4 tomatillos, leaves and husks removed
1 pkg Concord Foods Guacamole Mix - Spicy
8 oz sun-dried tomatoes
1 lime
1 tsp chipotle sauce, optional

Yield: 3 cups

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut the SlimCado avocado in half, discard the seed and scoop out the meat into the bowl of a food processor.
2. Chop up the tomatillos so they'll fit in the processor bowl. Pulse to a chunky texture.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the desired texture is achieved.
4. Layer plastic wrap on the guacamole's surface. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
