Ingredients:
1 SlimCado® avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or 1 envelope sugar-free hot cocoa mix
3 teaspoons sugar or agave sweetener
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth (there will be tiny chunks). Add additional sweeteners as desired.
Serve with strawberries ready for dipping.
*I made so much that I quickly pulverized some coconut cookies (the real cheap ones) mixed in enough butter to make the crumbs stick together then pressed the mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan. The remaining fruit dip was poured on the top and after refrigerating overnight, I'm looking forward to a slice of Chocolate SlimCado® crumb pie.
