OATMEAL TOPPED WITH PASSIONFRUIT AND PAPAYA

Oatmeal topped with passionfruit and papaya

Why settle for just plain oatmeal, when some tropical fruit can make the start of your day memorable?

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup water
1 passionfruit
2 tbs of papaya pieces

Yield: 1 servings
Prep time: 2 minutes

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the oatmeal and water. Scoop out the inside of a passion fruit and add on top or mix-in with the oatmeal.
2. Top with papaya before or after cooking.
3. Cook oatmeal as directed on the package. 1.5 minutes on medium heat (70%) usually does the trick.
