From a simple fresh snack to an exotic dinner dish, there are so many ways to eat kiwano. Inside its golden skin is a vibrant green pulp, with a flavor we describe as a refreshingly subtle mix of banana, lime, and passionfruit.

- Take a sharp knife and slice in half through the middle or lengthways. Scoop out the green pulp with a spoon into a bowl (or directly into your mouth!) and enjoy.
- Slice in half then hold the Kiwano carefully with both hands and squeeze the pulp into a bowl.
- Cut it into wedges and eat it as you would an orange wedge.
