Assistant to the Operations Manager
Company: Fruta Bomba

Position Summary
Fruta Bomba, LTD, the largest non-banana Agri-business in Central America is looking for an assistant to support the operations manager in Belize, CA. Brooks Tropicals, the company headquarters has been operating for 80 years. All papayas grown at Fruta Bomba are shipped to the United States and Canada. Salary will be based on experience.

Qualifications
Candidate must have 10 years agriculture experience in the private sector, possess knowledge of budgets and be able to assess in all facets of the farm. Must also have proven experience managing a minimum of 100 employees directly. Individual will be required to relocate to Belize C.A.
