Description:

Very versatile, sugar cane is used for many purposes. Its greenish-yellow bark encases its flesh. The pulp, itself, is yellow in color and extremely fibrous. Sugar cane can be chewed to extract the juice. The juice can also be extracted by a small hand or electronically operated mill. With a touch of lemon and ice, it makes a delicious and popular drink.
